Journal of Food and Culture of the Americas (RACA)
The Journal of Food and Culture of the Americas invites researchers to submit scientific articles for its next issue. The issue will be dedicated to contributions that dialogue with the article published in RACA, entitled “Trajectories of the Anthropology of Food in Brazil”.
We invite contributions that nuance and expand this debate, bringing new perspectives on the trajectories of the anthropology of food in Brazil, Latin America and beyond, as well as other related topics that reflect on food culture, especially in the Americas.
